Your Order : We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3:00 pm CST will be processed the following day. You will receive an e-mail verification of your order. Once an order is placed, you will be unable to make changes to the order online.

Item Availability : We aim to have products in stock and ready to ship when you order. Some of our items however are hand or custom made, artisan products and quantities may be limited. If a product is unavailable, we will provide you with the date that we expect to ship that product.

Order Cancellation : You may cancel your order if notice is received prior to being shipped. If your order has been "Shipped" it cannot be cancelled. Once an order is shipped it may be returned for refund. You will be responsible for any shipping charges on all returns unless merchandise is defective.

Telephone Orders : If you would like to place an order by phone please call 512.452.5322 during regular business hours. Business hours are 10:00am-5:30pm CST Monday through Saturday. Please do not leave a message. In order process your order we require to speak with you directly.

Forms of Payment : Adelante Boutique accepts the following forms of payment: Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover). Our web system is designed to provide you with the highest security possible. Checks, Cash and Gift Certificates are accepted in-store only.

Gift Certificates : Gift certificates purchased online can only be redeemed in store only. (Adelante Boutique Austin, TX )

Sales Tax : If your order is being shipped within the state of Texas, sales tax of 8.25% is added automatically during the check out process. We do not charge sales tax on items shipped to locations outside of Texas.

Online Return and Exchange Policy : Merchandise purchased online may be returned and postmarked within 10 days of customer receipt for refund, exchange or online store credit (less the original shipping fees). Jewelry, furniture, artwork and sale items are FINAL SALE.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. We will issue a full refund or exchange for UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, NON-SALE clothing items. Refunded items must include ALL ORIGINAL TAGS. We have the right to deny a return or credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. It is at the discretion of Adelante to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

Return Procedure : To return an item to us for replacement or refund, email us at orders@adelanteaustin.com or call us at 512-452-5322 Monday-Saturday, 10am-5:30pm Central Time. We will issue you a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging. Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and must include a copy of your invoice, a note describing the problem and your return authorization number. You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective.

Please make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. We assume no responsibility for a package until received at our store and recommend you use a traceable method of return such as UPS or FedEx. Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping Policy

UPS : Most orders are shipped via UPS and we offer 4 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard (ground), 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please
note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be more expensive than our standard domestic UPS rates listed below. For shipping to countries outside the continental United States, please contact us via phone or email for pricing and method options.

Freight : Larger items such as furniture are delivered via freight company. Freight shipping costs for all furniture items will be charged by the freight company directly. Adelante is a preferred customer of Navis Pack & Ship, however we are happy accommodate a customer's preferred shipping methods. When purchasing furniture, please select the 'Get a Quote' option so you are not charged for UPS shipping. We will contact you within one business day to arrange pickup or delivery.
